They are ideal to work with Cleatech’s Automatic purge control units and any inert gas atmosphere enclosures such as desiccator cabinets, dry boxes, nitrogen purge glove boxes, etc. N2 generators produce pure nitrogen to reduce the humidity and oxygen concentration level in controlled atmosphere chambers.
Nitrogen generators requires a source of dry compressed air. The compressed air is passed through a hollow fiber membrane, filtering out oxygen, carbon dioxide and water leaving a high purity nitrogen gas. Prefilter and final multi-stage filters removes the other particles in the gas such as dust and moisture.
Our nitrogen generators include multiple stages of filtration before reaching the membrane, this removes more of the other particles in the gas such as dust and moisture.
